Pizza Express Wembley London Designer Outlet

My sister booked a table for lunch at 2pm. We were shown to a filthy table with food on the seats and were just ignored. We waited for 20 minutes and nobody even offered us a drink or came to take our order. We ended up walking out. We went to Zizzi’s instead and had a lovely meal in a clean restaurant. Absolutely awful!

Very good food and friendly service. A special thank you to Mafruha ..who went over and beyond. All the other staff were attentive and helpful too.

The restaurant was really quiet so it was a surprise to take so long to be seated (despite us making a booking online). Service was terrible throughout, starters arrived for 3 of us, my daughters garlic bread arrived after we had finished eating, then strangely her dinner then arrived ages before ours so she was finished by the time ours turned up (it was an adult meal so no reason for this). Just to finish off from a bad experience, I had a hair baked into my pizza. Will not be returning again and would recommend you find somewhere else too.

That is the first and last time I will ever order from pizza express Wembley. I ordered the lasagne was clearly frozen before and just cooked in a metal container. Had no flavour, hardly any meat. Was so disappointed. I also ordered polenta fries, they were soggy with burnt cheese on top. I also ordered the bruschetta. The dough wasn’t even cooked properly and was also soggy. It was disgusting. Waste of my money. Had a few bits and through it in the bin. So like I said at the beginning the first and last time I ever ordered from Pizza express.

We went for an early dinner before seeing a concert, a 20 minute wait for a table but a quick and efficient service with friendly staff and of course the food was good too.
