Das Esszimmer - Bremen

Less crowded doesn’t mean it’s bad. This little authentic restaurant proves this. After a day of work, walked around and found this place. The typical German menu attracted me but I was a bit skeptical because it seemed rather quiet . Bad sign? Nope! Wrong. Pleasantly surprised. The food is good. Service is super nice and I left with a smile. For sure… try it!

Went here for an evening dinner. Place is small, but nicely decorated. Service was ok, not super-fast though. We ordered soup and salad as starter and zucchini pasta and vegetable bake as main. We got a nice bruchetta as an appetizer and had to wait a little for the starter. The main took way way longer but it was worth the wait. Food is tasty, maybe a little on the salty side though. Bill was not much and all in all good value for money. Would recommend the place, not the best in Vegesack but good enough.

Dropped in for lunch and to get out of the rain, not expecting anything much, to be honest- then were pleasantly surprised by an interesting menu with a variety of vegetarian options. Very friendly chap front of house who took our embarrassing lack of German in his stride. The food was delicious, fresh and plentiful. Will certainly go back, even if it's not raining!

Fourthly, all delicious dishes of the special menu have eaten all satisfied! Small but beautiful place. We had a long time after the operator change and it is worth it. The service was very nice and attentive. We had to be done at a certain time and noticed it before and everything worked great. All foods were very good, you know that freshly prepared! We come back and recommend the restorative!

It was back tonight. I've never eaten such tender beef. Also fish, super fresh and delicious! Plates preheated, service very attentive. Would the restaurant wish you survive the Lock Down!!!
