So I have officially become an old codger. I am not a fan of the kiosk and God help you if you think anyone is going to greet you with a smile anymore.After placing our kiosk order and taking a number tent for the table, we discovered that all 5 tables were taken up. That's right 5 tables. The 6th is low and against the window for handicapped guests and 3 of those seats had coats on them fro. The mother with 3 small children sitting at one of the other table.I know COVID has changed alot but not really feeling the change when your dine in meal arrives and the soda cups are not even filled with our drinks. So we now wait for fast food then when it arrives leave it on the table to fill our drinks? Oh and the ketchup dispenser was empty at noon so we'll wait to ask the 1 worker up from for ketchup packets.You deserve a break today, because we didn't get one.
This place is a national treasure. Everyone from Mane to California should experience the worst McDonald's in America! The experience of having to dive thru ordering stations, but only one is active. Which one? You have to guess!
Went over lunch at 11:30. Ordered a fish sandwich meal with Xtra tarter sauce, med fries.I was charged 75 cent fir the extra tarter sauce. Couldn't find it. Any less and there wouldn't have been any.Med fries...container 1/2 empty.
I placed a mobile order on Black Friday 2023 and received a drive thru code. Pulled up to the order speaker at 9:29am (breakfast order). Waited 2 minutes while the other lane took forever to order. When the person finally greeted me, I gave my drive thru code. There was a slight pause and then she said we just switched over to our lunch menu. I watched the board switch while sitting at the drive thru waiting. Then she said they 're telling me those items are not available. When I know the items do not become locked down as the clock strikes 10:30am. Nice customer service. Because I did not get greeted immediately upon pulling up to the drive thru, I couldn 't get my order. This is a problem with mobile orders, cutoff times and store management. This location just lost my daily orders.
