Taco Bell - Brea

Went to this location of Taco Bell few times, last time they added stale veggies in my food. Ended up throwing it in trash, couldn’t eat.Since then, I stopped going to this location.Additionally, they got confused with the order. There is a lot of room for improvement.

I recommend either order through the app for pick up in store or use kiosk because drive-thru has long line especially dinner time but if you prefer to order through the person the service is available.

Ordered the chalupa cravings box and really enjoyed the beefy 5 layer burrito (sub beef for beans) that it came with. Chefs added in a good amount of nacho cheese and sour cream making the burrito extra delicious.

I haven 't been to this place in years. I was hungry and said, what the heck. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos. The person asked me if I wanted any hot sauce. Look at these tacos. . Cheese anyone ??? Oh, and they didn 't put the hot sauce in the bag.

Had a small problem with the App....emoyees stated they couldn't help. Shouldn't the staff have training regarding the App??
