Shark Sushi - Brea

This was my first visit, and everything was absolutely delicious! Sushi Chef Justin was fantastic—he was friendly and prepared some beautifully fresh sushi, sashimi, and hand rolls. Unfortunately, my phone battery was running low, so I couldn’t take many photos or use the flash. As someone who follows a keto diet, I was thrilled not to see a rice section on the menu, and I can’t wait to explore more options. The albacore sashimi was incredibly fresh and flavorful; it just melted in my mouth. The service was exceptionally friendly, and even though we arrived 35 minutes before closing, they were welcoming and never made us feel rushed. Everyone was all smiles, and I truly enjoyed the experience. We’ll definitely be back and will bring friends along!

For just eight dollars, I enjoyed a spicy seafood soup and a crispy roll. I requested the soup to be made a bit milder since it was quite spicy. I really like this place for lunch; even when it’s busy, the wait isn’t too long. The crispy roll comes with a sweet sauce that pairs perfectly with it. While they have other great lunch options, this one definitely offers the most food for your money.

What I love most about Shark Sushi is definitely their popcorn lobster roll! I believe it's the best around. This spot may be a small, hidden gem, but the staff are always welcoming and attentive, making sure that your order is always right.

Two days ago, we visited this restaurant for the first time, and it certainly won’t be the last. We had a delightful evening thanks to the excellent service, fantastic food, and great drinks—all at a reasonable price. We can't wait to return!
