Bidrage med feedbackCraving something sweet with seasonal pumpkin from a bakery, their pumpkin baby bundt cake fit the category. They only had one left so I also got the peach baby bundt cake to share. Flavors were strong and spiced well but too sugary sweet for my taste. The fresh peach bits were tart and a nice complement and the pumpkin was my favorite. Other customers may love them more. The counter cashiers were both very nice and helpful and greeted us warmly as we entered. The interior is spaced out and comfortable for dining in.
I have many fond memories tied to this place , been going there since 2005 . Staff is very friendly and they have an excellent selection of sandwiches and deserts . I picked up a chai latte which is very unique and tastes so much like the chai from back home( India .
Manager was amazing!!! Cashier seemed new but very friendly. I placed my takeout order online, but they couldn't find so I had to show them my email receipt... Then I had to ask for my little complimentary bread, no big deal...but always check for it if you enjoy it; they no longer included it if YOU don't ask for it. The kicker was, they left off the bleu chese, so I went back in asking to give it to me on the side... they gave me about what equated to a Tablespoon of it... at this point I was getting a little annoyed and figured I can ask for a little more bleu chesse since I've now had to come back into the bakery, and with everything else.... the person making the salad somehow was annoyed and decided she would now give me bleu cheese to last me a week; thank you I guess. Only 3 stars for the side of attitude, about 70% of the time our order is wrong, and small amounts of greens for it costing almost $10.
I ordered a large entree salad to go and received a small sized one. It’s not too much of a cost difference but definitely an inconvenience when heading home hungry from work expecting a full sized salad. Very disappointing plus the inside of the facility smelled like an dirty carpet. I prefer other locations to this one, this one is slacking.
I’ve been a customer location location for over 10 years and this is the first time right feel like I got unnecessary attitude for no good reason from the girl with red hair. I don’t have an issue with any of the other workers at this location or the cooks. Like many of the other reviews, an item came out dry/stale. The pesto was okay but the garlic bread looked and tasted like it was two days old/mashed together. Looks like someone sat on the bread for a few hours and decided to serve it. Yummy. I politely asked them to remake it but of course I get attitude from the girl with the red hair saying that all of the garlic bread is made the same lol. Let me tell you there is no way the two garlic breads or anything alike so I thought it was funny I told her she was wrong. She got defensive and tried to chime in the other workers to mock and laugh at me. There should be no good reason to talk back to a customer when you are in the wrong. Learn how to talk to people and not have so much pride in yourself. Relax you’re just working the register...
