Although dated, the service, the size of the rooms, the location, and the comfort of the bed actually exceeded our stay experience past several days at Marriott hotel.

The rooms are clean and the pool was great but service was not the best. Waiting hours for pillows then I called again and waiting another 40 minutes. I definitely think the price was not worth it. I’d pay $60 the most to stay here.

My family booked 2 rooms for one night at the end of July 2023. We were looking for someplace decent and inexpensive with a pool for the kids. This motel checked those boxes.We were nervous on the day of the trip because my wife had seen some reviews about the pool being restricted to those providing proof of vaccination. We didn't have that with us and hadn't even considered bringing it. Fortunately, that policy has changed, so it wasn't a problem.The rooms were clean and welcoming although there was some sort of lingering scent that caused problems with my wife's allergies.We appreciated the ability to open the doors between the rooms.The pool facility was very nice and was a high point for the kids. The gentleman running it was very pleasant as well.The beds were so-so: clean, but not all that comfortable.The only real complaint I have is with the continental breakfast. It was very sparse and what hot food there was wasn't actually kept warm in any way.Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. I don't regret staying there and would certainly consider it again.

The place smelled and the air conditioner was broken. We also noticed a few bugs and there were no sheets for the pull out couch. It was so dirty and the shampoo and body wash dispensers were broken. And it just really needed to be

After reading the reviews for this motel I booked for my family. On our arrival I checked in the reception staff gave minimum information. I gad to ask about WiFi and breakfast facilities. We made our way to our room, the parking area is intimidating. There seems to be a mixture of permanent residents and guests. The area is scruffy but thankfully has good lighting. The room had an overpowering pungent smell of airfresher. Poorly decorated, general poor, there was only 1 pillow. We could not get the t v to work properly so tried to call reception. The phone wouldn't work and it had Best Western written on it! We walked back to reception , they advised the manager would fix it but he would be 20 mins. No-one showed up. We did not feel safe at this motel.
