Pizza Capers - Brassall

I ordered a pizza from MENULOG at the Wavell Heights store in Queensland. They received the order from MENULOG and manually entered it into their system. Unfortunately, only one pizza arrived and they provided me with a receipt showing that only one pizza had been ordered. I was charged for two pizzas by MENULOG, but they have not refunded me for the missing pizza. Both PIZZA CAPERS and MENULOG need to improve their systems. I will not be ordering from either of them until I can trust that I will receive what I pay for. The store is not helpful, and MENULOG is still investigating the issue. I have provided a copy of the receipt, but the situation is frustrating. The pizza was good, but my wife didn't get to enjoy it because her pizza never arrived.

While this is not a gourmet pizza place for what you pay for it is much better than the other American establishments that sell pizza on the cheap. While it is not much more expensive than these, it delivers on quality and flavour. Good take away pizza for just a fraction more than others, but worth it in flavour.

This restaurant serves probably the best franchise pizzas around. They are very tasty with a nice base. While they may be more expensive than Dominos or Pizza Hut, they are much better in quality. Definitely worth it.

Pizzas are more aimed at gourmet style but I am yet to find one that has really appealed. This is possibly not a reflection on the establishment itself but that I am just not into gourmet pizza (except of my own making).

The pizzas at this restaurant are consistently great. However, my experience with the salads and pasta was not so good.
