Order taker at drive thru told me if “YOU” don’t understand the meaning of “okay” , she doesn’t know what else to do about it.On top the order taker made sure to leave her assigned spot as order taker and come to the window to tell that to me in person.Even after all that “THE COFFEE WAS WRONG” “MANAGER DID NOTHING ABOUT IT AND LET IT BE”Took me 15mins to get one coffee and had to make two drives for one coffee that was $1.05.TIM HORTONS BRANTFORD
This is literally the worst Tim Hortons in the city. I work down the street, so go here pretty frequently. My coworkers and I always joke about wondering what we got after ordering, because they almost never get it right.And the amount of times I've stood in line and had it eat up over half my break time? 10 minutes is tolerable, 20 is not. And my food has been stale and lukewarm pretty frequently. There's 2 older ladies that work there, and I swear they're the only ones with a head on their shoulders.
Every time I go here cashiers are always so rude. Also the creamy chill they gave me was halfway full, they can’t even mix the drink everything here is just bad and loud don’t go here super rude
Normally quite quick and friendly, but as most Tim's they run out of wedges!
You would think that after they revamped the place it would be better not worst.Before the redo they would get out order wrong but at least the food tasted good but now.There aren't nearly as many seats. They took 25 minutes to make a sandwich (same time frame for the poor guy behind me for a beagle) and even then the sandwiches were not that great.Thinking the drive thru would be better was also a mistake. The guy on the speaker was talking slightly above a whisper.Today we asked for 20 tidbits and they have us 3 kinds on repeatWe will liking avoid coming back to this location for here on out.
