My family placed an order for pick up and one of the items was a large rice. We paid $45 and when we got home, we realized the rice $5.75) was missing from the order. We ordered two currys which really isn’t the same without the rice. I called and let them know that we didn’t receive the rice. The women on the phone put me on hold, came back a few minutes later and told me that she spoke with the person who packed our order and he said the order was “over packed” whatever that means) and that we received our rice...I said well that’s fine but we did not revive the rice. I added that I’m not sure why I would claim to not have revived the $5 rice on a $50 order? She giggled and as I began to speak, hung up on me. I tried calling back but it went right to voicemail. They have lost a loyal customer over $5 rice...will never go back. Just appalling customer service!

Perfect. Stopped for dinner while in town, enjoyed perfect atmosphere, and service. Waitress was friendly, and welcoming. Enjoyed pad Thai, app platter for two and fresh spring rolls.
