Fast Eddie's - Brantford

It 's March 25, 2023 at 3:54pm. The 50ish year old white lady with reddish brown hair working the cash is brutal. Rude and poor customer service. I just gave you seven bucks for a fry with some extra pickle seasoning on it. That price is ridiculous. The least you can do is say thank you or have any manners at all. I asked for an extra bag because it 's literally leaking oil out of the bottom. She tells me, it already has two bags. Oh, really? I don 't remember asking you how many times it was bagged. I don 't want oil stains all over my car seats or my clothing. Other than challenging my request for an additional bag, the only thing she said to me was $7. Recommendation: Take a bath in school glue and roll around in green feathers if want to be such a grouch so bad.Oh, and I asked if she had a bigger bag by chance, than the brown paper sandwich bag she gave me... You know, like maybe a Fast Eddie 's bag made for greasy food? She hands me another brown bag and says, it 'll fit. Girl, I never...I ain 't coming back.

I am very disgusted with this restaurant . I have gone and had fast eddies many times over the years and not ever had problem with their food but today was bad. I got a bacon cheese double slider meal. The fries were disgusting and all very hard I could not eat them so I went to the restaurant and complained and they gave me another fry. They as well I was not able to eat as they were hard as a rock. The burger also was hard and looked disgusting. I will be calling the restaurant and complaining or getting ahold of management.

First time to Fast Eddies.Kris was very polite and told me about the history of Fast Eddie's. He's keeper !!! Food was good too and excellent price !!! Will return !!

I ordered 2 steak burger combos with curly fries and both burgers were Burt and the fries were cold, when I tried to call back nobody answered the phone. I want a meal replacement

What a terrible experience. Coming from out of town for favorite pickel fries and continuously closing early. Sometimes even am hour early. Change your website hours so people don't waste their time.
