McDonald's - Brant

I received cold fries at this restaurant. I would have gone back, but they were closing. I usually don't go out so late, but that's not the main issue.

This McDonald's is the worst one I've ever been to. It takes an average of 6 minutes to get your cup of coffee after paying for it.

I've had my order messed up at this McDonald's before, but only once. Overall, it's just like any other McDonald's and it's hard to mess up.

McDonald's is the leader in the quick serve industry that all others set their standards for speed of service and efficiencies....but this location fails miserably.....stopping in for a McCafe ( which are very good ) should not take 12 to 14 minutes....... too many times...More

Long wait times with plenty of excuses. Even the smiling friendly staff can't make up for long waits and wrong orders. What is so difficult about Two 1/4 pounders - PLAIN? Here I sit broken-hearted, paid $12.00, couldn't eat it so, Mac D. and I are parted!BTW, Don't bother trying to call to register a complaint--no one answers the phone.
