Made an online order 50 minutes before it closed and took the order AND took the money and when we went to pick it up, they were closing at 6:24 and the girl down right lied and said there was no order and I received it in an email! Well the guy in front of me waited 24 minutes for his one bag of food, and after standing in line behind him for 12 minutes while the one person in front of him was trying to figure out what they wanted to eat and asked every ingredient, the cashier kept running back to help the only line person make food. No hand washing between taking payments occurred before touching people 's fries and rolling up burritos. I ordered a two-piece Cinnabon from the value menu, please to which the employees yelled back and forth to each other and their first language I 'm assuming, and after three more attempts at her trying to both find what I 'm asking for on the menu board and her comprehending but I was asking because she kept telling me it 's a four piece and I said no it 's a two piece on your value menu right there she still couldn 't figure it out so I gave up.
