Denny's - Branson

A/C was outside when we visited. it was against the end of the day and with three digits outside, the staff was still smiling and motivated to serve. put them in the chefs and on our waitress, lanieta.

In the last three days, my wife and I have been eating from then get Dennys. before two nights we sat in the restaurant and we had two older lady servers and there was this amount of bikern who were totally insane and I had made a comment on the server that he told them she was still, or she told them that I told them that and began a chaos between me and this group. at this point we were willing to leave, I went out and I had to start a jump, the biker clan came to my car and approached me about the complaining on them. and there would have been a change if I had not been on parole and it was not worth, but I would complain that I had also been complaining to the manager in this night, because we had to be a staple the next time we had a job we convened and picked up was completely wrong, and I called all day long and even the next day, they would not replace my order, the manager of vanessa was absolutely rude of the general manager annie would not even take my call to fix my order and the evening of the 4th. I have not been giving up any of the also the amount of drug that go through this is absolutely terrible and if it is not examined, I would like to have an examination happen. the hour is yours, I look forward to talking to someone, thank you 48 hours from now on. the hour is yours

The staff was nice. The food was ok. The men’s restroom was disgusting. Stock in Dennys is way down, attention to detail folks, it matters.

Absolutely ridiculous. So I have been here for over an hour with my 9 year old daughter to eat. It took 20 minutes for a waitress to take our order (apparently this is due to the fact that the waitress who was supposed to take our order quit and No one let the other waitress know). We ordered simple items pancakes, skillet, bacon (No steak or etc). It has now been Over 40 minutes since our order was taken. Not only do we not have our food, but not one time has the waitress returned to say sorry for the wait or would you like more water or we didn't forget about you NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING. I'm truly appalled. Yes, I've had poor service before, but this goes above and beyond. So my lovely waitress has just informed me that it's going to be about another 10 minutes and she just wanted to update me without refilling my water or apologizing for the wait of course. Mind you there are now 3 other tables who arrived AFTER we did that have received their food! I strongly recommend NEVER attending this place.

First thing, we LOVE Denny's! When I walked in and the laminate was very slick, like they mopped with grease in the bucket. We were out waitress' only table when we sat down on a Sunday evening and yet it still took way too long to get our drink orders taken. When she came to take our order she didn't write anything down for a table of 7, and then had to come back and double check what everyone ordered, and got 6 of our orders right. The waitress was very nice when she interacted with us. The restaurant however was pretty dirty. My wife said the ladies restroom was even worse. We come to Branson at least once a year, but we won't visit this Denny's again, unfortunately. IHOP is just down the street. The food was good, even though they were out of buffalo sauce for the chicken and out of peanut butter so my picky 7 year old didn't eat.
