Food is always cold that's if they even get the order right

I ordered a simple hamburger happy meal for my 2 yo. I opened the box before leaving the window. There were literally 6 French fries . I opened the burger because it looked thrown in and not wrapped nicely. So I took a small bite. I used to work at McDonalds , .. it was cold rubber . ! Everyone knows what I mean.So I drove back around and asked nicely for a new and fresh happy meal. The kid threw in new French fries and handed the box back.I said may I have a fresh burger too and he said “um no “ I said get your manager.! He then handed me a bag with a burger in it..I said thanks and drove off while taking a bite of the new burger… it was as cold, old , and disgusting as the first one! Worst McDonalds EVER!! I hope inspection goes there soon!!!Wish I could add pics !

Placed an order on the app. Picked up in drive thru got home and not only was my burger half raw it was prepared incorrectly as well. I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese no onion. It had 6 pickles, no lettuce, no tomatoes and no ketchup or mustard, and 2 pieces of cheese.

Places always dirty service is so slow if you need any Splenda or ketchup for your you may have to wait an additional 5Parking: Foods just not that good anymore way to salty hamburger and fries everyone knows they've never been ateable have few fries with your salt

Went there for breakfast. Girl inside inside was mfing this and mfing that. Saw one employee handling cheese with no gloves after handeling money. Last trip waited 15 for a coffee and was till still had to wait for a pot to brew. Need some training here.
