Legit some of the best sushi I've ever had. Everything tastes better, literally. Owner had a place in West Haven for years but moved to Branford recently. Stopped in random Tuesday and sat next to a 20 year loyal customer that was back at Jerry San's place for the first time since they moved and they couldn't rave enough about the food (specifically the spicy mussels) and Jerry. My new spot for sushi without question. Can't wait to go back. Jerry’s was amazing! I used to go to his New Haven location (before Covid and then moved to Boston. We were devastated to hear they had closed. Then I got diagnosed with #celiac (uggh! . But then Jerry has re-opened at this AMAZING location. We love it and brought the whole family! And they totally accommodated my #glutenfree allergies. The sushi is fresh, the atmosphere is celebratory, and it is celiac-safe with GF soy sauce and careful preparation. Thank you, Jerry!
