Hershey's Ice Cream - Brandywine

Hershey's definitely deserves a knot and place along the other ice and frozen yogurt parlor farms and chains. It rivals if not Beats, Cold Stone Creamery, Baskin Robins and Ben Jerry's, in my opinion. Customer service was impressible... especially if the young man who was waiting for me did not have to be more than 18 or 19. Usually teenagers could take care less and are more concerned when their shift is over or when their paychecks are ready. But this young man was very patient and attentive, as I did and decided my choice. I knew what I wanted, Pralines and Pecans. Half a pint was less than $7. I also left a tip for the young man. And I wasn't surprised her drinker was almost full. Of course, the real guage of this evaluation comes from the quality and taste of the ice. Now it was just delicious!!! I ate almost all the cardboard in one session (I am also greedy, lol). But it was really creamy and fresh. I appreciate it didn't taste like it was in the freezer for weeks. High and highly recommended.

The staff was friendly. The place was clean. Of course all right. I'm not sure if my order was just wrong or what the problem was, but... the ice I ordered was not the ice cream I went home with, it was as if an ingredient was missing. Toffee to be exact. I take care of the human error and don't hold a grudge. Although, it was certainly disappointing when I drove over the bridge just to get this particular ice, as the location in Lexington Park does not carry the ice of my desire. But I digress, give them an attempt!

You have really good aromas of ice cream. The only place I spend my kids favorite 'Crazy Vanilla'. Much better than Baskin Robbins... Keep open and great customer service!

We were them for the birthday of Körnerchils. He was very nice to change it or think. birthday boy had many smiles
