Bento Sushi - Brandon

After traveling for twelve hours and feeling hungry and exhausted, we stopped in town and ordered a Viva Italia pizza and wings for takeout. We quickly devoured the pizza but realized there was no meat on it - we had received a Mediterranean vegetarian pizza by mistake. I wrote a brief note to inform the restaurant of the error. To my surprise, Bridgette Janz, Assistant General Manager of Boston Pizza Brandon North, called me within hours to address the issue. She was incredibly professional and accommodating. Sixteen days later, I received a credit for a pizza upon my return. I am grateful for the exceptional customer service provided. Thank you! ??

I went to the restaurant on Saturday afternoon to watch hockey, but instead, the screens were showing golf, curling, and pop trivia. When I asked the bartender, who was wearing a Hockey Night In Canada jersey, to switch one of the TVs to hockey, she said that she wouldn't be able to access the hockey channels unless there were enough people in the bar. Really??? The service was terrible, and it was one of the worst and cheapest sports bar setups I have ever seen. I will not be returning.

We took our family out for dinner. Despite being towards the end of the dinner service, we received excellent service. I ordered my favorite cactus cut potatoes and bandera bread, both of which were excellent as always. The pizzas and ribs were all delicious. Overall, everything was great.
