Pizza Hut - Brandon

Stopped by to feed my family. We went on the inside and they say we have to view the menu on our phones because they don't have any. I'm wondering why don't they have any menus. So then I notice they have a B grade for last inspection. I asked why and the young lady said she doesn't know she never paid attention to the paper. Looked at it and said it was a year old. Pizza Hut makes millions... Why haven't they paid to get reinspected yet? Then I decided to leave because the other worker thought it was okay to have a loud aggressive conversation on speaker phone with what sounded like a child .. while standing at the cash register. If I had stayed I was asking for problems. Horrible experience

It's been a while since I'd been to Pizza Hut, but I really wanted a personal pan pizza and cheese sticks. I was putting my order in incorrectly online and had to call the store for assistance and they were patient and very helpful. Upon arriving to the location, the outside was clean and the staff at the drive thru were friendly! Overall great experience.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I got food poisoning from this location two days ago! And they have not one care in this world about it!!! Spending over $30 dollars on food, just for it to make my entire family of 4 sick!

Best pizza around, definitely will come back, I suggest the pepperoni lovers with stuffed crust

I placed an online order, tonight, a little more than an hour before they were scheduled to close. I received a call from someone stating that they were done delivering for the night, more than an hour before closing mind you, and was given the option to pick my order up. If I wanted to pick it up, I would have never placed the order for delivery. I told them to cancel my order and called Domino’s, which I did not have any issues getting my order delivered in a very timely manner! Poor customer service Pizza Hut, just plain poor!!! I will not order from this store again!
