Kfc - Brandon

The sides were terrible and the chicken was not much better. I paid 3.19 plus tax for a coleslaw that was inedible to me. Even my dog refused to eat their mashed potatoes and gravy, which says a lot. I won't be returning to KFC.

This KFC was the worst I have ever been to. I ordered a kid's meal at the drive-thru and there was only one car in front of me. It took 14 minutes to receive my single kid's meal, which was cold and came with the wrong side. When I asked for the correct side, I was met with a bad attitude. I will never come back here again.

This is the #1 chicken establishment in Mississippi! #1 in terrible service, food quality, and lack of cleanliness. If you come after 7:45....be prepared to wait. They will tell you it's because they are cooking it fresh. The real answer is they arelazy and don't have any chicken ready to go. 20+ minute wait. I'd rather eat McNuggets. Think about that.

I would give zero stars if I could. I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes before the employee finally attempted to take my order. When asked "what you want," I believe he meant to ask "what do I want." He then instructed me to pull forward because his screen was cracked, preventing me from placing my order. As he looked at me in confusion while taking the order of the car behind me, I decided to drive off. I will never return to this restaurant.

The KFC in Brandon Ms gave me the best service on Mother's Day. The food was exceptional and the service mind blowing. Everything was so good that we called the store to thank them for a job well done.
