The first time here. Some games have not worked, repair needs. Counted 6 . The seating area has to be wiped more and fill in the napkin holders. Over 8 tables had no napkins in his holder. Bathrooms should be cleaned more often. And the shark cupcake was delicious... Presentation was terrible. Looks like a dark sad cookie monster. The shark had no fins. Do you see the picture?

I enjoyed going here for the memories, but I am dissatisfied with the service here. there was no participant at the door to check or check. when it was to be done, we went out without anyone checking our pay and coming in the people without being stamped. we waited there too. makes me nervous to come back, I have little children and don't want them to run in excitement, just to be gone forever, you know? you eat tastes sub par and overpriced. I wouldn't eat her again, total waste of money. who are driving and playing, what makes it fun and the whole point to go. some machines are getting older and simply eating their points and don't let them play. they must go and ask for their points back. we had to do this several times. three stars because great games, but bad food and service. there are no more tokens or tickets. all on the cards. that makes it a little less fun because they can't see what they won.

The people at the reception were kind and greeted with smiles. Many games for 1 and 2 points for toddlers and children, but none of the machines were printing tickets. There was a place to exchange tickets for a toy, so it's not useful. There were several games that aimed to collect more tickets, so no one played in these machines. Couple arcade games didn't work. They ran for the employees.

All staff are really nice and the guy came and Took photos with my son and all the kids I didn't even ask, it was pretty cool I had a problem at the end with a double fee, but I went up there and they were really nice and cared me on the spot I showed her my online banking Although she told me it was a corporation mistake not there?s we all worked out so that it was?t even a Hiccup

This place has definitely upgraded, the games are so addicting and I was surprise to only see 2 games not working . I Love how they stopped the tickets and made it just go all directly to your playcard. My kids love to come here on there birthday.Lots of fun, pizza is so good and a bit pricey so i expect it to look good last time my pizza wasnt made with much love.
