Le Pirate - Brando

This was one of the best meals I had in France. It is the way the chef combines flavors to make unique tastes you can not find anywhere else. This is one of a kind! It is also connected with the region's history of pirates. It has a soul. Also, I arrived by bus from Bastia a wee bit too early, and they were kind enough to let me hang out in the lobby for a bit before lunch began. A good restaurant is hospitable in addition to having flavorful food, and Le Pirates delivers.

We had come more than 10 years ago and we had already kept a good memory. this time, we came back on the occasion of our daughter's birthday and it was a mistake from beginning to end. finesse, taste, presentation, only success. a service also impeccable, pleasant, effective and attentive. Note that our daughter is vegetarian and it has been possible to develop the menu in 6 services in vegetarian version. remarkable. accustomed to visiting starred restaurants, the pirate deserves a lot of 1 star, and clearly frôle the 2nd. it is totally incomprehensible that this star does not return to him. The last time we considered him for a restaurant, it was lucky. But this time we write to the michelin. No doubt this visit remains an excellent time.

Restaurant avec une belle décoration au petit port d'Erbalunga. Accueil chaleureux. Choix entre plusieurs menus, dont un menu surprise de 4 ou 6 plats. Nous avons opté pour le menu de 4 plats. La carte des vins est excellente et offre beaucoup de choix. La cuisine est excellente ; l'une de nos meilleures expériences en Corse, subtile, délicate et inventive. Donc fortement recommandé. Juste un peu dommage que le menu de 4 plats comprenait seulement une amuse-bouche et 3 plats. Appelez-le alors un menu de 3 plats. Aussi très bien. L'explication était que le menu se composait de "4 étapes" ...
