Bidrage med feedbackI love this restaurant. It is in a small town called Branchville in South Carolina, very easy to miss, HWY 21. The food is amazing, everything up to the cookies. I had the pork pliers AMAZING!!!
Worth the trip. The Eatery is located in the beautiful downtown Branchville SC, is a small town treasure, the service is great, the food excellent and the train motif very suitable, as the location originally served as a city deposit. For me, what distinguishes this place from most is the attention to detail and maintaining a friendly little city atmosphere. The cook is Norris, who served as Sous cook in Charleston before opening his own restaurant. Anyway, the food will tell you that someone in the kitchen knows what they do. The scallops are the best I had everywhere, the Charleston red rice has some fire and I highly recommend the crabs and captain's wafers as an appetizer.
It's one of my favorite places to eat. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is charming, and the staff is wonderful. They also offer a wide range of foods at very reasonable prices.
Always delicious food, friendly staff and great nostalgic atmosphere. I love it when the trains pass so close!
Exceptional food, very reasonable prices! Be sure to visit the adjoining railroad museum. Branchville, SC is the site of the world's oldest railroad junction!
