Wendy's - Branchburg Township

Management couldn't care less here, employees have attitudes on top completely messing up orders, go to 30 burgers instead

Whether is a lack of quality employees or lack of poor training provided by the management , this place is absolutely terrible. If it did not have the Wendy 's sign on the building i would of thought that this place is full of pre k children with an attention span of a squirrel and a memory of a goldfish. No matter how many times you repeat yourself to them the order still comes out messed up. I mean come on they make sure that you order everything that you said and they still mess up the order somehow , you ask for a drink with no ice 3 times they still give you ice , ask for condiments multiple times no condiments, ask for receipt and supposedly they cannot reprint so ideally i have no idea if i been charged right or not. Management is oblivious about everything that is going on there . They would rather stand on the phone and laugh to each other.Unfortunately i work right across the street from them and its very convenient but it seems like i would have to drive 20 minutes out of the way just to get better service.Absolutely terrible. Either close this joint down or give them some serious training.P.S DO NOT GET A FOUNTAIN DRINK THERE AS THE FILTERS SEEM TO BE NOT CHANGED IN A WHILE. SODA IS BITTER AND HAS DISCUSSING AFTER TASTEParking: PLENTY OF PARKING.

This Wendy’s is always on point when I go, drive thru is always good and it’s got a nice interior to sit down and eat. I also like that they got peace tea on the soda machine

I saw they have many worker enjoy free time.. they didnt give me extra bag. they ungenerous only for custumers..
