Wild Wings - Brampton

Yea so man dem waited for a ting to give birth before mans got there food. The tings that work there are super ratchet and have bare attitude for no reason. The ting pored mans a pitcher and the top literally looked like she just...finished swallowing a load this place is garbage the mans that own it need to sell the place or get sum new tings that have sum sense. Cause the ting that served man dem couldn’t even pore mans beer properlyhalf the pitcher was foam. Just looking out for all da man dem in the ends who just wanna drink and eat say less this place is dirt and needs to be shut down cause mans are never touching this spot ever again.

Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed how dirty the front entrance was. The windows were dirty and there was debris scattered around the entrance, giving an overall unkempt appearance. Once inside, I was struck by how hot the restaurant was; it felt hotter inside than it did outside. I decided to sit at the bar and was promptly served by a friendly bartender. When I inquired about the AC, I was told that it doesn't come on automatically and she would have someone turn it on. Ten minutes later, I noticed that the AC had been turned on. I then went to use the bathroom and was shocked by its condition. I couldn't remember the last time I had seen a bathroom that dirty and in such disrepair. The floors were filthy, the toilet was dirty and leaking with a bucket underneath to collect water. At that point, I decided not to eat and instead paid my bill and left. The place was nearly empty, which was not surprising given the overall state of the restaurant.

We waited for hours from the time we arrived until we left. It took about hours to receive our food. It was evident that the waitress was training a new waiter, which is understandable, but there were multiple issues. We ordered chicken tenders, only to be informed minutes later that they no longer carried them due to lack of popularity. However, it was confusing why they were still listed on the menu. The menus were inconsistent and some appeared to be outdated. We settled for burgers instead. Despite the thick and tasty hamburger, the veggie burger seemed to be a frozen, premade patty that was not hot when served. The order came with fries instead of the advertised salad. The fries were good, but the beer tasted like it came from a can. The washrooms were in dire need of cleaning and maintenance, with one light not working and another flooded with urine on the toilet seat. This restaurant receives a below-average rating due to incorrect menu items, receiving the wrong order, and subpar service compared to similar establishments.

I am a big fan of Wild Wings, but unfortunately, this particular location was very disappointing. When we walked in, the server rudely shouted from the bar to ask us how many people were in our party and then gestured for us to sit down. We ordered our food, and after a long wait, the first dish finally arrived. Before that, we hadn't been given any side plates or napkins, and we had to ask for cutlery when the food came. The ketchup bottle on our table was empty, and even after asking, it was never refilled. When our second dish arrived, it was completely wrong. The servers seemed distracted and were more focused on chatting with customers at the bar, eating, and drinking. The food was cold and below average in taste. When we pointed out the mistake with our order, the server insisted that it was correct. We have been loyal customers of Wild Wings for almost ten years and know our favorite dishes very well. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and we agree with the negative reviews we had read. We would give this place a zero-star rating if we could.

Been to this location may times the past two years, and every time the service is good and the wings are excellent . The Caesar salad is a real Caesar with bacon and is one of the best at any restaurant in GTA area that...I have been too for many years, in the top restaurant that have great Caesar. The place has so many TV and different sports on, it is great. Great food, service , location and lots of parking, makes this place a gem in Brampton.
