Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Both the host, Tanya, and our server, Stella, were absolutely incredible. They were very knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations. They both checked in on our table multiple times throughout the meal, which we greatly appreciated.

I ordered the fish and chips as recommended, but the squid was not good. The service from the staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.

Went last week and had a great time with friends. The food was hot and properly prepared. Clean and correct protocols have been followed. I'll do it again when in town. Thank you.

This place has the worst service! This was our Thanksgiving dinner and we ordered over the phone from a representative who was extremely rude, but we ignored this assumption that she had a long busy day and still placed our order. That means our order came on time, but it was missing half the order. We had paid the supplier cash and received a reception. When opening the bags, half of the order was missing!!! We called the Swiss Chalet Store directly and they did not reply. We called the customer service line and they did not respond after 1 hour. We then tried to call the number we placed the first order, and the order switch quickly picked up to take over new orders, but did not help with the error in the order they made! It's unhappy. We waited for an hour and a half now just to talk to someone who sent us back to customer service and they picked up the phone after 1 hour and 34 minutes only to hang up the phone after taking my phone number and not even call back! What a complete ruin of our Thanksgiving dinner and night! They are fast to pick up the phone and take new orders and money coming, but will not get after the orders that they'll screw up after they already take the money. That's wrong! I missed the salad, cake and cranberry sauce in my order of Thanksgiving Festival. The order for the Veggie berry lacked the toppings we confirmed came with salad and onions and spices! We have specifically asked for spices, utensils and napkins. The spices and napkins were missing together with half the food. The baked potato had no sour cream or butter. What a business and a service is that.

Had the fish Haddock that is new on the menu. The fish was very good and a nice change from standard chicken.
