I ordered poutine and 2 junior chickens...We went drive thru at 2:15am .A lady didn't make our food.. She told us to park our car in the parking lot we gonna give ur food there...We were waiting from 15 mins.Two girls are continuously talking to each other ,they didn't care about customers food...She didn't come then i went again to the drivethru...She was very rude. She doesn't know how to speak with customers.. Very poor service..Food was made but she didn't give us...I experienced horrible customer service from her. She was giving me attitude at the drive thru window. 1. She aggressively gave me my food and was very dismissive. Also shut the window on me after giving me my order. Manager needs to talk to her about this attitude it’s DISGUSTING.He should check the camera too what's going in the store, customers wait for their food nd they continuously keep talking.
