McDonald's - Brampton

The staff worst I've ever seen. the wait was long. The cash system was down and you could only pay at the machines but the staff wasn't telling anyone. The lady call out the order was talking so quietly no could hear her. The place was filthy ever garbage can was over flowing. I worked fast food for many years and I can imagine having to work with staff this bad.

Open “24/7” but drove there for my coffee and told it’s closed because they’re changing to breakfast. Always a line and never worth the wait. Don’t waste your time going

I waith in drive true for 10 minutes or more just for 3 coffees waiting for 3 cars in front of me and one of them left because of the long way. ?when finally got the my order I didn't know which was 2 cream 2 sugar or 1 cream 1 sugar ?‍bad customer service. So disappointed.

I would give this McDonald's location a zero rating. I live nearby and every time I come here, they either insist on cash only, have malfunctioning machines, or there are long delays in orders. I have had to wait for more than 45 minutes on multiple occasions. This has been my worst experience at a McDonald's. I would recommend visiting a different location for a better experience.

Night time uber driving here is the worst. Waited 30 min for my order. People in drive thru came after me and got their orders first. Seems like they are prioritizing drive thru over delivery drivers.
