Bidrage med feedbackI recently visited the KFC at Kennedy and Queen in Brampton and had a truly shocking experience. When I arrived at 10:20 pm, the doors were locked and a homeless man was outside cleaning up rubbish. I knocked on the window and was told by an employee that they were only serving through the drive-thru due to technical difficulties, despite there being two other customers inside who also appeared to be homeless. When I asked for a menu at the drive-thru, I was told they didn't have menus. Another employee stared at me for an uncomfortably long time before informing me that he was looking past me. I requested to move forward in line, but the employee abruptly closed the window. I was so appalled by the hygiene of the restaurant that I recorded a video at 21:40 on Monday, May 9th, showing three chickens on the floor and a general mess. I have never encountered such rude and unhygienic staff before, and I will not be returning to this location. I am even considering reporting them to health and safety authorities for their unacceptable behavior. The entire team at this KFC needs to be replaced.
I ordered a 10-piece ice bucket and some of the pieces were not whole. None of them were intact and everything was too soft. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I purchased their expensive hot wings only to discover that they were all wings when I got home. I was surprised at how quickly they were prepared and disappointed that the container wasn't even warm. The meat was stale, tough, and overly fatty with no flavor. For the price we paid, the quality needs to improve.
I ask them if they pay evil people for a dipping sauce if they want more than 1 (I understand how it costs them to buy them) but they didn't just give me the ones I pay, but they didn't even give me the ones that the meal came with. then you lie with the worker and say that she put two bites in the pocket when I call her attention. I have 2 forks in my bag tho, so I think we are now even out of a cost perspective. eating was still good, so I only took 2 stars (as I am a very reasonable one).
This location the girl in drive through is super rude no respect all I asked I do not want chicken breast.. oh she said it’s already packed I cannot changed it now took my coupon did even gave me back. Do I left the drive through …. Got my kfc from a different location…….. came home I called the location asking to speak to the manager and whoever anythe phone saying she is the manager ….definitely she wax lying cos I know the manager very welll instead of listening to my complain she just argued and hung up. How rude is that ….. frustrated. All I can very bad customer service.
