Bidrage med feedbackThe tea was prepared fresh on the spot with all the spices just the way we liked it. You can even request additional ingredients to suit your taste. We tried two different flavors of chai and enjoyed both immensely. The masala lemonade/soda was also a hit with us, as the masala used was unlike any we had tried before. We also savored their delicious maska bun. The service provided by the staff was excellent and the ambiance of the restaurant complemented the fantastic food. However, I did deduct a star due to the cleanliness of the washroom. It was the only restroom available and it was unfortunately not clean at all. I recommend that they implement regular cleaning to maintain hygiene standards. The restaurant is located in a plaza, so make sure to turn onto Kennedy carefully to enter the correct plaza if visiting for the first time. There is ample parking available, although there are no designated handicapped accessible parking spots. They offer plenty of vegetarian options on their menu. In terms of kid-friendliness, they do not have high chairs and caution is advised as the fans are within reach of children. The parking is free with plenty of spaces available. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible as there are no designated parking spots or wheelchair accessible washrooms. For those with dietary restrictions, you can request changes to their menu items as everything is prepared on-site. They are willing to customize dishes to meet your needs.
This restaurant reminds me of India's Tea Junction. Their tea and snacks, especially the spicy maggie and Manchurian patty, are delicious. This place is a must-visit.
I had never visited this neighborhood before, but decided to search for a place that serves chai. I tried their masala chai and found it to be really delicious, made with care and attention. They should consider adding Maggie to their menu as well. The food was not amazing, but they had small bites that paired well with the chai.
Visited chai naka for the first time. Served by a very sweet girl Anshika. We were late and requested that girl for allow us to dine in. She closed the restaurant late just for us, i like this thing a lot because this type of atmosphere is not found in any of the restaurants in brampton. So sweet of her. I want to thank her.Ordered ginger tea, elichie tea with pizza patties which was really delicious.Become my fav place for having tea.
