The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Brampton

Naomi, our server was super pleasant and went out of her way to make sure everything was for our pleasure. The courses came out in a timely way and all the main courses were hot and tasty! They made our two birthday girls feel special with free desserts and an illuminated candle! Thank you Keg Brampton.

We often go to the chase, that was one of our first times in a long time that we had to complain. My friend Steak was overcooked, they made it new, but I wouldn't eat without him and my food was cold. Thank you for taking the app out of the account? Not impressed

Keg was formerly Canadian pride of good quality and service. What happened? I'll ask you.

There were many staff just hanging around the front hostest stand and could hear some of their gossiping stories as my table was close to the door. My potatoes came out ice cold and they were replaced but not until I had to flag down the server. No two bite check was conducted. I realized half way through my steak half was med and half was med rare in which I ordered medium. I couldn't finish the last half because it was too red. The server asked if I wanted her to cook that piece again but i chose to consider it a lost cause. Nothing was discounted no manager came to the table to apologize. That's the service I expect from the keg.

I ordered the PrimeRib medium/well (burnt on the bottom) that came with green beans (some were under cooked, some over cooked) mushrooms with a side of roasted potato, which were both fine. I was surprised with the beets as sides. The shrimp appetizer was okay, the bread on the side was toasty on the outside but still frozen in the middle. My dinner companions were satisfied with their Sirloin choices. Maybe I selected the wrong meal.
