The Witham House - Braintree

The service at this restaurant was excellent. We ordered at the counter and our piping hot meals were delivered just 15 minutes later. I decided to try something different and was not disappointed. Thank you.

The staff was friendly and attentive to my food allergies, ensuring I was served dishes I could safely enjoy. The takeout food was hot and delicious, despite the busy evening with many customers coming in for their orders. It was heartwarming to see the restaurant thriving, especially since I recalled visiting a different location owned by the same family years ago. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I have lived in Witham for 16 years, and I have always found Mitam House to be the best restaurant in the city. The food is consistently great, the staff is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I was especially pleased to see how well they are adhering to COVID government guidelines. They have a very prominent sign posted on the outside of the door stating that face masks must be worn inside the restaurant.
