Kfc Braintree

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. We had to wait in the drive-through for 30 minutes and then park and wait an additional 15 minutes for our order to be brought out. Additionally, our orders have consistently been missing items. Overall, the food was average, priced between £10 and £20 per person. The service and atmosphere were rated poorly with a score of 3 for food, 1 for service, and 1 for atmosphere.

Used to be good. But lately always slow, whether going through drive thru or sitting in. Today we waited 40 mins for chilli bites, popcorn chicken and an ice cream. Wouldn't of bothered if it was a treat for the kids. Staff always look lost and confused Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This restaurant is incredibly slow and it's a complete joke. We placed our order inside on a Saturday evening and it took 40 minutes!!

We had a cheap variety boneless meal.
