Domino's Pizza - Braintree

If you are looking to receive all of your items, this is not the place for you. And definitely don't expect to get a refund for any missing items.

The food never comes on time for delivery or pickup orders, and it is always incorrect. Plus, there is never a driver available to deliver the food.

Really disappointed. The delivery guy refused to come up to my flat or even the door to my apartment block, so I had to go meet him outside and pick up my order. Given that I had to pay for delivery, this was absolutely ridiculous.

It took 1 hr 25 minutes from placing the order to receive 2 pizzas, if we'd known it took this long we'd have drive to collect

0 stars if I could, ordered a pizza 3 1/2 hours ago, didn’t show up called and called nobody answered the phone! My dial on my phone said I tried 100 times to try and get hold of them! Was forced to call the Witham store for a refund they were helpful! Do not order from here this has happend to my partner and me. Awful
