Rafferty's Pizza - Brainerd

The restaurant's website states that they are open for delivery until 2am, but they were not available when I tried to place an order. It is frustrating when businesses do not update their websites to accurately reflect their operating hours. As someone who works in the food service industry, I understand the importance of providing service until closing time. It appears that my experience was hindered by unprofessional attitudes and laziness from the staff. It is disappointing to see a disconnect between what is advertised on the website and the actual customer service provided.

I am only giving 2 stars because it seems that this place is only set up for online orders. I walked in to order after work and received zero customer service. The three people making the pizza didn't even acknowledge me. However, the pizza was good!

The manager and staff at this restaurant have always been fantastic. The pizza is tasty, the service is quick, and they are always friendly! Despite special orders for allergies and picky children, they always get it right. And the prices are pretty reasonable. This Dominos is a great choice!

Just had a take out pan pizza with pepperoni and cheese.Two bites and threw it out. Dominos was my favorite at one time. What are they sprinkling on it ? Just nasty...please go back to the days when you made pizza good.

I ordered alot of food. There was no Buffalo sauce on my sandwich. They screwed up 2 of our pizzas by forgetting to put on toppings. And since when does cheesebread not come with sauce? It was very plain tasting.
