Bidrage med feedbackThe prices are outrageous. Staff seemed more concerned with the drive thru than dine in customer. Cups hit the floor and the associate picked them up and put them back on the cup dispenser. I had to tell her that I didn't want the cup that she just picked up off of the floor. Went back for a refill on my tea and was totally ignored. You all need to do better!
Edit on 7/12/22 to my prior review: It seems that there is a completely new crew at this location, and the customer service was horrible! I was nothing but polite and patient with them, and I just kept getting met with eye rolls and attitude. Not to mention as I was waiting at the counter, and when I was sitting at the table, I overheard the employees talking about me. I've worked in customer service for 10 years, and I understand people have bad days and when it gets busy, it is extremely frustrating. However you should at least try to not let that affect how you speak to the current customer in front of you. Extremely disappointed, and I definitely miss the old staff. The only thing that is keeping me from bumping this down to a 1-star is the food, it was still pretty good. The nuggets are really good!! But what I really want to review is the staff. Any of the staff reading this, know you guys are great and we've always had great customer service from you guys! I know sometimes the dining area is closed, sometimes food takes a bit long because of being short staffed, but everyone there is still great and I really appreciate it!! Keep up the great work!
I ordered a 3pc spicy chicken meal. When picked up at the drive thru, the employee was asked ?this is the spicy chicken, right?? They responded yes. Unfortunately, after I returned home and started to eat my meal, not a single piece was spicy. This is not the first nor the second time this has happened at this Bradley location. I will never return to this Popeyes location ever!!!!!! And when I tried to call this location, no one is answering. Horrible customer service!!!!!
Very bad service looks like a different staff cause it took so long for my order to get.I ordered a 3 piece combo but asked for 2 breast and I thigh even paid extra for the breast when I got home I only got 2 pieces 1 breast 1thigh, so I called them and talked to the so call Manger. She told Me i would have to come back today or at least the next day to pick up the breast I was missing.She was Very rude and as much as called me a lier saying how does she know if I only got two pieces. I told her that this store has done this to me 2 oe 3 times and I said someone needs to check the boxes before giving them to the customers. The manager before this one was very nice and never questioned my calls. You know when you pay extra for a piece of a certain chicken you should get. I guess I will go out of my way to go to the other Popeyes in Bradley cause this one don't care about customer service.
Had the 2 piece spicy white meal with red beans and rice. The chicken was cold and dry. The side was watery. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and then had to pull up and wait another 15 minutes. Go to bourbonnais, it's worth the trip.
