Subway - Bradford West Gwillimbury

What can I say chain restaurant where they don't really care. The service was slow and they didn't really hear what I wanted on my sandwiches. They also close very early, as before their posted times regularly.

This sandwich was perfect. It was made just the way I wanted and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I even brought some home to share with my dog, who was very pleased.

I would suggest avoiding this restaurant. The female staff at the counter were extremely impolite. I ordered a cold cut combo and was accused of asking for a foot-long sandwich instead. When I mentioned the price of the combo, she rudely explained that the combo only included a sandwich and that I would have to pay extra for the combo. She also insinuated that there may have been a language barrier because I am also Indian. She then raised her voice while speaking to me. Thank you for the unpleasant experience, I will be going to Pita Pit instead next time.

I had a disappointing experience trying to support a local restaurant. Despite spending good money on a custom order of several 12-inch subs, I felt like an inconvenience when I walked in the door. It seems like I might as well just make my own sandwiches next time.

Subway is always a great spot to go for a reasonably healthy lunch. We were in transit with four grandkids so used the GPS to get here....only the GPS took us further down the road than we needed to go. Luckily we saw the sign...on the way back out and went in. Service was very quick and accommodated a cheese on the side . We had a diabetic child with us and on the downside we found they did not have regular milk as an important option over chocolate milk. Please consider expanding your drink options to include white milk. Thanks!
