Bidrage med feedbackThroughout my time at this restaurant, I observed that the staff did not wear masks and took many orders. Additionally, they did not check for proof of vaccination from customers before they dined in. As a healthcare worker, I am obligated to take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the public, as should be expected. If someone has a medical condition preventing them from wearing a mask, they should wear a face shield or consider finding alternative employment in a different industry. It is concerning to see healthcare workers losing their jobs for not following the same guidelines.
We have ordered from this restaurant approximately 8 times. The pizzas now have less toppings and are cheaper. Tonight's pizza was the worst we have ever had. We asked for extra cheese but received less cheese than a normal pizza, with only a 2 inch topping and free crust around the edge. Unfortunately, we have a family member who loves their pizza and insists we continue ordering from this below-average franchise. If you are thinking about ordering a pizza from here, I suggest you reconsider. Hopefully, they will prioritize their customers over saving money in the future.
My most horrible experience was absolutely terrible. Not only did they get my order wrong after 3 attempts, but I also waited for 40 minutes. The cashier didn't wash their hands before preparing the food, and when I pointed it out, she didn't even acknowledge it. I was very upset. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
This location is very bright and clean. Always well maintained. The food is standard pizza fare. You always have a lot to hand for quick submissions and expulsions. But the couple that owns or manages this place is so rude that it is difficult to go there. No greetings, only empty stars until you get involved. No favors, only systematic questions. The part I get most under my skin is that they never say, DANKE. It's a little thing. But come on, customers keep you open. Does it hurt to say thank you? Also someone to pass their change and just go away makes it unpleasant for everyone.
It's a solid representative for the chain. Their pizza is usually fresh in the display case as they move a lot of customers through the store. The staff is always very friendly with our kids, and they work hard to make things right with other...customers who ask them to fix anything that was missed.
