I pulled up to the drive through at 9:15 PM October 16th Sunday,first thing I noticed was 3 crewmembers outside. When Ipulled up to the speaker, they took about a minute to take my order and I can hear them on the other side of the drive-through.Still outside. The drive-through girl was very nice. She repeated my order back to me so finally after 17 minutes of waiting, Ireceived my food. I?m like oh good this should be fresh!! so after receiving the food, I put the food in the hot bag which Icarry with me in case I?m going to grab a bite to eat for my husband and I. When I got home totally different story the food wasso cold soggy the fries weren?t filled and they were old cold. I had ordered a triple burger for myself with extra onion andpickle add mustard and instead of using the big meat patties they put 4 small patties on it and no extra onion pickle and nomustard Unacceptable. My husband ordered a crispy chicken bacon burger I requested extra bacon.only had Two slices of bacon. Iworked at Wendy?s 9 years ago, so I know how things should be.Overall experience was just terrible and the worst i have everexperienced from a fast food joint. I threw the food away and went to the Wendy?s on Beneva and Fruitville much better serviceover all and fresh.
Typically I have a decent experience at this location, but the ?chicken nuggets? I received today with my meal are not even edible. Please coach your team on not serving inedible goods to your customers. I placed a mobile order and gave sufficient timeto prepare my meal. There was also no line or rush that would justify what I received.
Ugh! Nuggets Fries weren't Fresh at All. Customer Service is not that Great! And please don't think about going there on Friday Saturday nights it's Horrible you will stay in line up to 25min. I don't know what has happened to this place. Theyused to be really good!
This location is up to the standards of most fast food restaurants. The service was prompt and courteous. Satisfied with my experience all in all.
I went in at 9 am, 2 hours after the opening time on their window and website and when I went through the drive through, the lady had music loudly playing in the background and either spoke Spanish or spoke really quickly to where I couldn 't understandher. Either way they were closed again, 2 hours after supposed opening and if they were trying to tell me why they weren 't open,it was not clear at all. At least put up a we 're closed! Sign up somewhere
