Flavors Of India Bradenton Authentic Indian Cuisine

UPDATE 5/4/22: I write this with so much sadness in my heart. We went there tonight, and the restaurant we loved has completely changed for the worst. Everything was so perfect and tasty, and I honestly have no idea why they changed it. This was once one of our most popular restaurants in the area, and in the last 4 years we were probably 100 times or more here. Yeah, I'm serious. We were loyal customers, and as soon as the Kovid ended, we were just there when they opened up for the execution and then back to the table service. Tonight I ordered our usual (2 meals and a few appetizers) as soon as we sit down, and over 30 minutes later, with only two other tables in the restaurant and only one of them waited for their food (which arrived 10 minutes after us), and we had not received any food yet. Then the server came by and asked my mother if she wanted her first choice because they just brought it back in stock? The whole time and our food weren't even started?? As we go tonight and saw all the dishes we knew and loved to be changed/great, and then on top, bad service for the first time ever, it literally broke our hearts. Never in my life did this before tonight, but we actually got up and left because we were so upset. We offered to pay for the few things he broke out, but we never ate, but he didn't tell us. It's just so annoying what's happening here, and now we've lost another big one. (The attached pictures are NOT today and do not reflect their recent changes) OLD REVIEW: My mother and I go to this restaurant at least twice a week if no more. We love every single thing at this restaurant! We even decided to try out the other Indian restaurants in the area, but none of them compares Flavors from India. The service is amazing in this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and offers suggestions and help answer questions. The food is tasteful and very authentic. The atmosphere is quiet and very comfortable. As I said, we went to other Indian restaurants in the Sarasota and Manatee County areas and none of them came near Flavors of India. We were never there for lunch buffet so I can't talk about it, but I can tell you that every time we were for dinner, it was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend trying her spicy house pickle. You're the only restaurant in town that makes it fresh. I usually have either the butter chicken or the chicken tikka masala and my mother has the bhindi masala. All these dishes are absolutely amazing, but you should definitely try their coconut rice. It is amazing from this world! Moreover, her naan is to die especially for the Peshawari and garlic clothing. I never had a single bad food in this restaurant and if I gave it more stars I would. I recommend Flavors of India!!!

It's been a while since we've been here, but the food and service is always amazing. It'll take me home when I ever get here. Everything is nicely cheap and the food is really spot on. I'm always coming. The food, the good, the atmosphere and the location are good to me.

We ate here twice and it was our favorite dining experience in the area. The chicken silk, Vindaloo and the butter chicken are absolutely delicious and fresh! Cheese and garlic naan is also excellent. Great customer service too. Very recommended if you are looking for a fantastic Indian meal.

Since we enjoy Indian food, I have been to many Indian restaurants in the area and I should say that this is the BEST place. They make the yummiest samosa and their portions are of the right size. The staff is really amazing and helpful. I have dined in several times and have placed pick-up orders too. The atmosphere of the restaurant is homely. Unlike many other Indian restaurants I have visited, this place does not have any strong spice/ sesame oil odors. I am highly sensitive to odors so I recommend this place because it only has the best foody aromas. Make sure you try the samosas with the mango chutney.
