Pizza World - Bracknell Forest

My partner and I ordered from Pizza World and waited over an hour for our food to arrive. The quality was terrible, tasting like cardboard. The food arrived cold and flavorless. We spent over £30 on 3 items, which were worse than my dog's dinner. I will never order from this place again.

So I ordered a chicken donner and donner kebab with no salad just garlic sauce and some cheeky profiteroles with sauce. What I got was a stone cold kebab with salad the meat tasted burnt ad I had chicken shish not donner it was so vile I couldn't eat it and then those cheeky profiteroles were actually 8 mini chocolate covered doughnuts that were actually still frozen what a horrible experience

Shocking service I would avoid at all costs I ordered food for delivery waited 2 hours then the app changed to delivered, the food never arrived, I phoned to inform them of this and just kept getting told no delivery no drivers, so why didn’t they tell Just eat to change orders to collection only? I didn’t get my order but they still took my money, I have registered a complaint for money to be refunded but 2 days later I’m still waiting. Shocking service do not use

Absolutely awful pizza, chicken nuggets, chips, garlic bread. All filled with Grace and very tasteless. I can’t say what the manager said that basically he told me where to go and that it was my fault the food was delicious they’ve never had any complaints and I don’t know what I’m talking about. I won’t ever eat here again as we had to throw the lot into the bin because we didn’t want greasy awful pizza. I would recommend pizza Gogo, pizza express, or Pizza Hut but not here!

Cold and undercooked curly fries, not even fried but put under the pizza grill, other food ordered half cooked, ill after eating it, this place needs a health warning and to be closed down in my personal view!
