Costa Coffee - Bracknell Forest

Came here for light lunch with the family. We found a table, but the staff needed to clear and clean it first before we could sit. The clean did not cover the whole table, so we had to finish the job ourselves especially having a toddler with us. That said, I ordered a butternut squash risotto and it was heated and served in a ceramic bowl I was simply expecting the plastic pot to be heated, so that was nice. Tasted nice, too.

We had an in house coffee and cake today and would not recommend. There were no tables set up outside and inside tables were well distanced but they simply were not being cleaned. Whilst we were there two tables had empty cups removed, the rest were just left, but NO tables were sprayed down and cleaned. Totally unacceptable. There were sufficient staff on duty but no one seemed to care and the woman serving with a face mask hanging off one ear did not instill confidence. Avoid.

Popped in yesterday went to the toilet before ordering .Did not stay as filthy unhygienic state.Not a good reflection on the rest of the place

We popped in on rainy autumn day. The place was clean, loo was clean, tables cleared quickly by a really pleasant lady. We had a gluten free, vegan mince pie, neither my friend nor I have a dietary issue but I have to say mince pie was excellent. I do extensive mince pie research each year. Coffee was hot and well made. I know most chains are the same everywhere but good service deserves a mention.

An ideal spot to sit and relax with a coffee , and just watch the world go by . You"ll be amazed how quickly time goes by .
