Consistency is key at Harajuku Gyoza. This is another outlet killing it in terms of decor, food, quality service. When it comes to value, if you use EatClub or the Entertainment Book it works out to be about right.<br/ <br/ Poached duck poached chicken are our go-to gyoza but tonight we added a new fav sharing dish to the fold: slow cooked pork belly kakuni be thy name. Rich, soft, fatty holding together juuuuust long enough to get in my mouth. So oinkingly lushe. <br/ <br/ Super frosty draught beer seductively tempted us to stay but there’s only time for a quick pash-n-dash before our movie. Will return for the more languid version soon.
We have visited most of the Harajuka franchises so decided to try out this Indooroopilly branch. Service was a bit slow, but apart from that the food was tasty in generous serves. We ordered some vegetarian gyoza which were melt in the mouth delicious, some miso soup, eggplant foot long fries. The fries were literally a foot long had a succulent crunch
We visit our local Harajuku Gyoza with a 30% discount voucher from Eat Club. Service here is always friendly and helpful. We place our order before the lunchtime rush. Phuong Tran enjoys her complimentary Lychee Martini while we wait. <br/ <br/ Our lunch order arrives after 20 minutes. <br/ Pork Prawn Gyoza<br/ Chicken Lemongrass Gyoza<br/ Duck Gyoza<br/ Miso Soup<br/ <br/ Our Pan-Fried Gyoza are freshly prepared and this is a delicious dumpling lunch!
We had such a great lunch. The decor was authentic Japanese, and the prices were very reasonable. The service was awesome, with an actual Japanese waitress.
