Nick's - Bracebridge

I visited the restaurant on Thanksgiving day and managed to secure a table on their outdoor patio. The pricing and quality of the food were excellent, and I'm happy I decided to try the benny. I highly recommend this place if you happen to be in the area.

We discovered this highly rated breakfast spot on Google and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be one of the best breakfast places we have ever visited! The staff was incredibly welcoming and the menu offered a wide range of delicious options. It was also nice to see that it is a family-run establishment. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for the warm and homely atmosphere!

We were on our way to Orillia, and briefly stopped for a take out meal today. The sign said, 'wait to be seated '. No one showed. I decided to walk up to cash. The girl was very unfriendly. She acted like I was putting her out. She handed me a menu. I made 2 quick selections, hoping the food would be better than the service. Once I paid, I looked into the kitchen. I saw several females and a male cook. None were masked or gloved. One lady actually went from making food and serving to using the cash without once cleaning her hands! A customer (known to the group) walked into the kitchen from the street and was leaning over the food as it was being prepared. I waited over 45 minutes. At no point did the server apologize for the delay or offer me a chair. I basically, dodged back and forth as servers flew past me. I was fed up and about to ask for my money, when the order finally arrived. She tied the bag and handed it to me. I quickly left. Once in the car, we drove to an area where we could eat, and found that she hadn 't given me utensils or serviettes! I couldn 't eat the salad without a fork so ended up taking it on the long journey home. The dressing was overpowering. My husband ate his meal in the car while it was still 'fresh '. He said the chips were soggy and tasteless. In all, it was a bad experience. Added to that, I strongly feel this restaurant should be examined for health standards.

Very busy when dining here. Once served food delivered quite fast. The atmosphere is nice especially on the porch. Located in downtown Bracebridge near the park. The menu is nothing fancy. If you go here you better like eggs. Had the Western Omelette. Beverages pricey in my opinion. Staff were working hard at keeping up which may be the reason why I was not asked how my meal was or didn’t receive more hot water.Patience is required here so if you’re in a hurry beware.

Great food and service. Highly recommend this restaurant for a really good breakfast. High chairs and colouring for the kids was available. The atmosphere is also really warm, great job converting a transitional country home into a restaurant.
