Taco Bell - Bozeman

Very very VERY long wait times at the drive through. Food was good, but I’m talking an hour and a half or 2 hours for 10 cars in front of me.

I ordered a large drink. When I received it, it was only a medium. I go back to the counter and question why it’s not a large. The worker looks away then in an angry tone says “just take it!”. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I didn’t get what I paid for, and was treated poorly.

Crazy to me that people have that much of an option on fast food that they feel they need to leave a 1 star on the location

Took well over an hour to get food I placed ONLINE. Terrible management.

Disappointment says the least of what I experienced tonight. We went through the drive through three times and they messed up our order every time. Extremely upset about this and will never come again, ruined my meal, ruined my day, ruined my vacation, thanks a lot.
