For some reason, the Subway app did not connect with the store. When I arrived at the store (2 hrs after I placed my order), I was told there was no order for me. I asked the employee if they would make my sandwich, but they indicated they would have to charge me. This would be a double charge since the Subway app charged my credit card for the first sandwich. Even when I had shown the confirmation to the employee, the employee indicated I was not going to get free food. When the employee was asked for their name or the restaurant manager's name, I received this vulgar finger gesture. I detailed my experience to the Subway corporate office and the owner of this restaurant, but neither responded. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card with my bank for the sandwich that I never received. Good luck patronizing this Subway!
The food at this restaurant is just as good as a Subway sandwich. The staff is always polite when I visit. I have never had an issue with placing an online order, and the food is always accurate and delivered on time.
This is the best fast food service we have had in a long time! Our server, 1994, was fantastic. She tailored our order to our preferences and was very patient with my special requests. The vegetable and food bar looked amazing, like something out of a magazine! Joe in the kitchen was also very friendly. Overall, a great experience. They deserve a raise!
The restaurant messed up my order, and when I asked for a replacement, they refused because it was too late. Additionally, the female staff member working there was very impolite.
