Mcdonald's - Boyne City

I have been to many McDonald in many states. I have never seen fresh flowers on every table. The staff was smiling happy. what a great McDonald's!!

I forgot my wallet and couldn't get my Apple Pay to work, so I told them to cancel my order. However, the manager was really nice and ended up paying for it. Thank you, BC McDonald's!

I typically don't write reviews for fast food places since they tend to be quite similar, but I felt the need to highlight the exceptional service we received. The young man who brought out our order was incredibly friendly and cheerful, and I think he deserves some recognition for that. Additionally, when I went back inside to grab something else, the young lady who helped me was also very pleasant and upbeat. They both deserve a round of applause, as providing great customer service can be quite challenging.

I arrived quite early, around 6:25. As I was getting there, I noticed a gentleman shoveling the sidewalks and manually clearing snow into the parking lot, likely preparing for the plows that would be arriving soon. He was very friendly and let me know that the lobby wasn't open yet and only drive-thru service was available. I parked away from his work and took some time to catch up on some correspondence. About an hour later, he came over to my car to inform me that the lobby was opening! This employee, Jeff Bachelor, is an excellent ambassador for the restaurant!

Hot spot! Great food not real expensive!
