Dunkin' - Boyertown

Bagels are always stale, taste like they are saved from the day before. The Dunkin of my work has fresh bagels, so I noticed it first. Like Donuts. Just good for drinks, suck all food.

Good service. Fast drive thru. No complaints. Coffee order is right or they re-make with an apology and zero questions. I appreciate the DD workers here. Don?t know them personally but they?re always nice and engaging. Please tip!!

Amazing tasting iced coffee. The only thing I'd improve on is the lack of friendliness of worker. She handed me my coffee. I smiled at her thanked her. She never said your welcome nor smiled back. Instead, walked away from me in a hurry. My business there didn't seem appreciated at all. I expect more from DD usually get my friendliness reciprocated.

Coffee is always ready when I order ahead. When you do drive through sometimes the line is out to the road but they do their best to keep it going fast. Just redid the place and it's very nice.

Stale Bagels! I just walked through the ride at 2:35. I didn't order a simple bagel with butter roasted. The bagel was hard and stabbed. I went back through the line and said I needed a new bagel because it was stale. She was nice to me and gave me a replacement. He was as hard and stale. This time moved away and went elsewhere for a snack.
