1 night. 3 patrons. End of the bar overwhelmed by BFF Staff and live in ex employee. Shrimp Cocktail …rawish. Hotel 6 of 10

Food was good. Service was horrible. Had to order things twice as the waiter never wrote it down. Waited over and hour for food. Others came in and finished and we were still waiting.

Being our best food choice we found each night has different levels of service. The food generally took a while to come out and was not very good when it did.The kitchen was not open late and then they would not serve snacks or bar food to those drinking which doesn't make any sense.The hotel had a convention going and the day it ended, they were closed. Instead of being open to serving those waiting for their drivers or time to leave for the airport.

Great veggie burger. Liz the waiter was even greater. Vegetarian options: Burger patty was a good thick blackbean patty.

Beer prices are really good. Got a bottle IPA for under $6? Wow.. First place I've been to in a long time that didn't overcharge beer. (Avg price in most places in MA $8 to $9)Their pub food was decent. The only thing that really bothered me was that the server didn't realize she talked way too much and was interrupting me while I just wanted to be left alone. I felt bad as she told me her personal issues..so I just let her chat my head off.Nice girl and no offense she just wanted to be friendly and seemed over worried about doing a good job. I just don't enjoy talking or listening to anyone while I'm eating or hearing other people's problems while I want to forget a difficult day and relax.The atmosphere.. there is not much. It's a hotel restaurant/pub and the place was close to empty. I will try this place again when I travel through. I'd like to try more of their menu.
