Picnic Cabin - Bowness-on-Windermere

Here repeatedly charged for a picnic. such good cakes and their Brekkie boxes are!

Good selection of fillings type of bread freshly made to order. I had a lovely baguette

I stopped by to grab some sandwiches for a quick lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised. The baguettes were generously filled. I had the BLT while my partner chose the chicken with speck and salad, and both sandwiches were quite large! I can’t wait to try the other options next time!

The food and service at the Picnic Cabin are amazing! I frequently go there for lunch during the week because their dishes are consistently excellent and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Picnic Cabin to everyone—I believe they truly deserve recognition!

This restaurant has been in business for over 20 years, and there’s a good reason for that. They serve the best sandwiches in the city, offer fast service, and have a very friendly staff.
